H.E. David Chaterson, the Canadian Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia accompanied by H.E. Richard Dubook, the Commercial Attaché to the Canadian Embassy, paid a visit to the Saudi International Petrochemical Company (Sipchem) offices in Al-Khobar on January 17, 2010 as a part of their visit to the Eastern Province. H.E. the Ambassador and the accompanying delegation were met by Eng. Ahmed A. Al-Ohali, Sipchem CEO.
H. E. the Ambassador was briefed through a presentation about the success story of Sipchem and its affiliates and the advanced level of development reached by the Saudi petrochemical industry. Discussions were held about the creation of business opportunities between Sipchem and the Canadian companies.
H.E. the Ambassador expressed his admiration at the rapid development of the company in such a short span of time.
